What We Do and Why We Do It

My name is Frank Kearney. For over 30 years, our firm has helped people in the D.C. area who are seriously injured or too sick to work. Early in my career, I worked at a law firm that represented insurance companies. It didn’t take long to see how they delay care, deny valid claims, and use their power to wear people down. That experience showed me exactly what injured workers are up against—and why they need someone in their corner. I made the decision to fight for people instead, and I’ve never looked back.

Our Practice Areas

We represent people who are seriously injured, can’t work, or need long-term medical care after an accident or major health issue. Whether it happened at work, in a hospital, or on the road, we’re here to help you move forward.

And if your case isn’t something we handle, we probably know someone who does. We’ll make sure you’re pointed in the right direction—because getting you help is what matters most.
