Keith W. Donahoe recently retired as a founding partner of Donahoe Kearney, PLLC. During his 30 year career, he was a nationally Board Certified trial attorney who specialized in claims involving people injured as a result of poor medical care. Mr. Donahoe secured justice for hundreds of people seriously injured due to poor medical care. He was recognized by THE BEST LAWYERS IN AMERICA as one of the Washington D.C. Area’s “BEST LAWYERS” in the field of Medical Malpractice. Mr. Donahoe was a zealous advocate for the injured, who believed that every client deserved superior legal representation. He resides in Bethesda, Maryland with his wife, Diana, and two children Allison and Peter.

Mr. Donahoe’s unwavering representation of the injured has resulted in a number of significant published judicial opinions extending the rights of injured individuals including, WMATA v. Jeanty, 718 A.2d 172 (D.C. 1998); WMATA v. D.C. Dept. of Employment Services, (D.C. 1999); Brown v. D.C. Dept. of Employment Services, (D.C. 1997); and Wahlne v. D.C. Dept. of Employment Services, (D.C. 1997).
