What Is Medical Malpractice, and How Does it Apply to Children?<\/h2>\n
Medical malpractice is defined as an injury resulting from a doctor, nurse, or system\/facility failing to do what they should have done by medical standards. By definition, medical malpractice should never happen to anyone. But it’s even worse when a child or baby is affected.<\/p>\n
If you are a parent of a child affected by malpractice, you may be fully focused on what your child needs today. But will your child have what they need ten years down the road?
