No podríamos estar más de acuerdo. Deben existir parámetros claros que impidan que una persona reciba un determinado tipo de tratamiento, y seguramente no deben decidirlo revisiones de utilización o exámenes médicos "independientes".
Debido a las leyes locas como ERISA, las compañías de seguros tienen demasiado poder cuando se trata de autorizar su tratamiento médico y el pago de su reclamo. Con una legislación tan sesgada a favor de las compañías de seguros, los reclamantes que tienen una reclamación de incapacidad a largo plazo podría estar fuera de suerte cuando se trata de apelar una reclamación denegada.
